Terms & Conditions

1. Payment: Online Payment: Payment must be made in full via the website or wire transfer at least 24 hours before the session. On-site Payment: Cash or check payments are accepted on the day of the session, prior to the start of the shoot. Non-Payment: Sessions will not commence without prior payment. 2. Photos Included: The final price of the session includes a minimum of 15 professionally retouched images, as described in the service package. Image Selection: The photographer retains full discretion over the selection of the final images delivered to the client. 3. Delivery Timeline: Digital Images: Final edited photos will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks after the shoot. Prints & Albums: Available at an additional fee. Delivery times for physical products may vary. Images will be delivered through an online private gallery in high-quality JPEG format, allowing you to download and share them. RAW files will not be shared under any circumstances. 4. Rescheduling & Cancellation: In the event of bad weather (for outdoor sessions), the photoshoot can be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellation: If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded unless due to extraordinary circumstances. 5. Session Timing: Please be on time for your session. Late arrivals will result in a reduced session time. If the client is late by more than 15 minutes, the session may be canceled at the photographer’s discretion, with no refund provided. 6. Copyright & Usage: Sur Seine Photo retains full copyright on all images created during the session. The photographer may reproduce and use the images for portfolio, marketing, self-promotion, competitions, and exhibitions with the client’s prior consent. Images may only be reproduced for the client’s personal use; commercial use or distribution without permission is prohibited. 7. Additional Products: Prints, albums, and other products are available for an additional fee and can be ordered separately. All additional product sales are final and non-refundable. 8. Folios or albums ordered before December 1st will be guaranteed to arrive on time for the holidays. Orders placed after December 1st cannot be guaranteed to arrive in time for holiday gifting, though we will do our best to meet the deadline. 9. Client Consent & Communication: By booking a session, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
